Coaching Experience

After his competitive career, Atlee turned Olympic sprint methodology into practical coaching systems for athletes at every level. His client list includes NFL Hall-of-Famer Reggie Wayne and All-Pro receiver Santana Moss, along with collegiate and high school athletes across football, soccer, basketball, baseball, lacrosse, track & field, and hockey.

His coaching approach combines first-hand elite experience with evidence-based sports science, drawing on frameworks from High-Performance Training for Sports (Joyce & Lewindon, Human Kinetics): force-velocity profiling, Short-to-Long sprint periodization, velocity-based training, and athlete load monitoring.

Why Sports Speed Exists

Most high school coaches never get access to the methods used at the Olympic and professional level. Sports Speed packages that methodology — 16-week periodized plans, sport-specific speed development, force-velocity profiling, and recovery monitoring — into a platform any high school program can run, across all seven major sports.
